Clarington Library, Museums & Archives Mobile Printing

Welcome to the Clarington Library, Museums & Archives BYOD printing. Print virtually any document or web page from your Internet connected device to any public printer at the Bowmanville, Courtice or Newcastle branches.

There is no additional software required. Simply follow these steps:

1. Enter USER INFO to secure and claim your job (e.g. library card or phone number)
2. Select a file from your device or enter a web page URL
3. Select your Printing Options and click the green printer icon to send the print job
4. Walk over to a Library Print Release Station (found next to the printer)
5. Choose PUBLIC from the main menu and PRINT JOBS
6. Enter your unique USER INFO code you created in step 1.

Walk over to the library public printer release station to claim your print job using the Public menu.

Unclaimed print jobs are automatically deleted after 3 hours.

This service is available at the Bowmanville, Courtice and Newcastle libraries.

Your user information is used to uniquely identify your print jobs. (e.g. your library card or phone number)

Use this information to obtain your document from the library print release station.

Browse your computer files to select the document you wish to print.

You may also enter the URL of a web page you want printed.

** If you are printing an image, it will automatically scale to fill the page. If you do not want this, please copy the image in to a word processing document and scale to the appropriate size.
