Download and install the USB-to-Serial Driver for Print Valet

Click Download and save the file to your hard drive.
After the download completes, unzip the file.

The driver installs in two parts.

Quick steps:

1. Connect the Print Valet to a USB port on your computer.

2. The Windows Found New Hardware Wizard will launch.

3. Select No, not at this time and click Next.

4. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Click Next.

5. Select Search for the best driver in these locations. Select Include this location in the search and click Browse. Browse to the folder which contains the unzipped driver files. Select the folder and click OK. Click Next.

6. You may need to click "Continue Anyway" to continue the installation.

7. The driver is installed. Click Finish.

8. Repeat steps 2 - 7 for the second part of the driver.

9. After the installation completes, you will be prompted to restart your computer. Click Yes to reboot. Once your computer restarts, the driver will be ready to use and you can configure your PDS software.
