All PrinterOn® printing services require the installation of Print Delivery Station (PDS) software on a computer that can access the printer.

The installer contains all of the PrintSpots® Printing Services components: Print Delivery Station collects print jobs and provides a Privacy Release interface for users and their print jobs. PDS Desktop Icon is a desktop icon which provides an easy shortcut to your Print Delivery Station web page. Print Release Client is a desktop application which enables users to easily manage and release print jobs from any workstation. Print Valet™ enables users to securely release print jobs via a separate numeric keypad instead of at a workstation. The PDS installer also provides universal support for inexpensive Windows® based printers that don't use a true printer language. For 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows XP SP2 and later Windows Vista® and later users: Please save the file to disk. The file may not run successfully from the server.

Are you installing Print Delivery Station for the first time? You must import your Customization File to transfer printer settings. After you install PDS, open the PDS Console from your system tray and click Settings>Import Settings tab>Import Customization File. (This step is not necessary if you are upgrading PDS.)

Are you using Print Valet with a USB connection? You require a USB to Serial device driver to support the USB version of the Print Valet. For Windows XP SP2 and later, the USB to Serial driver is available via Windows Update. If necessary, you can download the USB to Serial driver manually using the link below.

Are you using a firewall? Windows firewall and personal firewall products (such as Norton™ Personal Firewall, McAfee® Firewall, and Zone Labs® products) can interfere with the operation of PDS. Please ensure you have your firewall application set appropriately.

If you have already installed your Print Delivery software and would like to upgrade individual components, or if you have special configurations, download the components you require.
