Print Delivery Software

Print Delivery Station collects print jobs sent using your PrinterOn® Printing Service (for hotels, hotspots, campuses or enterprise), and provides a Privacy Release interface for allowing users to release their documents when they are present at the printer. This provides privacy for the user and prevents unwanted print jobs from printing. Documents are secure and encrypted until they are released.

You can install all of the components required for either PrintSpots® or Hotel Guest Printing Services (PDS, the desktop shortcut, Print Valet™, Print Release Client), or individual components to suit your integration. PrintConnect™ Configuration Utility

The PrintConnect is a ready-to-go, compact network device embedded with PrintSpots mobile printing software. Connect this box directly to a local network or to a printer via USB to enable secure mobile printing anywhere. No PC required.

The PrintConnect Config File Generator utility creates configuraton files to set options for communication on the network and to the PrinterOn web site.

To use the configuration utility, you require Sun's JRE 1.6.0 or later. Download the JRE from java.com

PrintWhere®

PrintWhere enables you to print from any Windows® application to PrinterOn print locations anywhere in the world. PrinterOn locations include hotels, wireless hotspots, corporations and home offices.

Once installed, PrintWhere automatically reconfigures itself for correct operation at any PrinterOn location. Never again will you need to locate and install print drivers and configure ports and connections. more...
