How to use printers from your desktop, email device, or browser

You can print documents and web pages using any PC or laptop web browser interface.

In your Search Results page, click the printer link to see the Printer Details. If this is a public printer available at a hotel or hotspot, click the link provided in the Details page to open the web browser interface for using this printer.

Then, follow the instructions for uploading your document or entering the address of a web page you would like to print.

You can also search for print locations geographically, and have the nearest printer located automatically for you, by going to www.printspots.com.

Print email and attachments anywhere from your wireless device. It's as simple as forwarding an email!

From your Search Results page, record the last 9 digits of the 12-digit Printer Number [300-123-456-789]. Either the PrinterOn Name or this Printer Number can be used as the Printer ID.

Then from your email device, open the email you would like to print, or the email containing the attachment(s) you would like to print, and forward the email to <Printer ID>@printspots.com. For example, forward it to 123456789@printspots.com

Once you have installed PrintWhere, open the Choose a Printer window from your system tray icon or start menu, and enter the Printer ID above into the Keywords field. Once PrintWhere has found this printer, click on the link and then select this printer for use.
