How do I print Web pages?
In most cases web pages protected by a log-in (requiring cookies or session IDs) and secure web pages (such as airline boarding passes), cannot be printed directly using the URL. For best results when printing these pages, first save the page as a file on your computer. To print one of these pages:

  • Click "File> Save As>Web Archive, single file *.mht", and save the file to a location you can browse to from the PrintSpot Printing Service.

  • If you are unable to save the file, you can print the page from your browser using PrintWhere, our universal driver for printing from applications. Leave the web page window open and download PrintWhere. PrintWhere will automatically locate your printer and enable you to print the secure web page directly from the print button or link provided.

MapQuest pages, and similar interactive web sites that generate URLs based on user input (such as amazon.com), often contain long URLs that aren't entirely visible in the web browser. When pasting the URL into the File or URL field, make sure you have copied the entire URL in order for the page to print.
